Shailaja Gantla

Shailaja Gantla is the Co-Founder and President of Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. She brings over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Business development and management  of Innovative .

Shailaja is instrumental in managing day-to-day operations.  Shailaja develops strategic relationships to extend and expand Innovative’s services and capabillities to meet its client needs. She is Innovative’s primary decision and policy-maker.

Shailaja is also Co-Founder  of Apex Pharmaceuticals, New Jersey based Generic Pharaceutical Company.

Shailaja holds a Masters and Doctoral degree in Chemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Mohan Patalolla

Mohan Patalolla, founder of Innovative Information Technologies   and serving as COO since 2011. Prior to joining Innovative as COO,  Mohan served as software developer and system manager  for  telecommunication industry like  at&t, IBM and  has  over 28 years of  experience in Information Technology. His strong technical background plays a key role behind the company’s success. Mohan received   Ph.D.  degree from Osmania University, India  and has Master degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India . Mohan is also Chairman and founding member of Apex Pharmaceuticals, New Jersey based generic drug company.  Mohan is founding member and  Ex-President of SMEC (Small and Medium Enterprise Consortium) which has 200 Plus IT companies. Mohan is actively involved in several non-profit organization activities.

Mike La Neve

Michael La Neve joined Innovative Information Technologies in December 2009 as Executive Vice President, Sales and Operations. Mike has more than 25 years of sales experience and a background in both finance and information technology. Mike began his career in early 1984 as a financial analyst with K-Mart Apparel Corporation. Later in 1984, Mike joined Ford Motor Credit Company where he served in various sales and financial analysis capacities. In 1989, Mike joined The Chubb Corporation performing application and system development in information technology where he remained through the end of 1994. In 1995, Mike joined Tekmark Global Solutions where he was responsible for telecom and pharmaceutical sales verticles. In February 2005, he joined RCN Corporation as Vice President of Sales as the company emerged from bankruptcy.  In 2006 Mr. La Neve rejoined Tekmark Global Solutions as Director, Business Development. Mike earned his B.S. in Finance at Montclair State University and completed graduate studies in Information Technology at New Jersey Institute of Technology and Finance and Accounting studies at Seton Hall University.
